Bangor City's successful Under-19 Development squad will visit Malta for a warm-weather training camp between 9 - 13 April.
The training camp will culminate with a friendly against Mosta FC Under-19s who currently top the standings in the Malta Youth League.
George Galea, President of Mosta FC, has kindly agreed to allow the Develoment Squad to train at Mosta's compact Charles Abela Memorial Stadium ahead of the friendly fixture between the two clubs.
The coaching team of Dave Cavanagh and Stephen Vaughan (previously Technical Director of Mosta FC during a six-month spell in 2014) in addition to long-serving welfare officer Myrddyn Hughes will accompany the squad during the training camp.
The Development squad will also visit the 18,000-capacity Ta'Qali National Stadium (pictured), close to the old city of Mdina. Inaugurated in 1981, the National Stadium plays host to the Malta national team as well as serving as the headquarters of the Malta Football Association.
